Airport:
The closest and most convenient airport for those flying in from out of town is the San Francisco International Airport. It will take you about 1 hour to drive from the airport to Sonoma, another 1/2 hour to Santa Rosa, and 1 more hour to Geyserville.

Car:
San Francisco International Airport has all major rental car companies. Transportation to events can be arranged for those who need it. We plan on offering a shuttle to and from the reception
.

Accommodations:
Please be sure to make your reservation by February. Sonoma County is a popular destination and rooms can book up early. We did not do a room block because the hotels did not offer much of a discount. However, we do recommend checking for cheaper rates online [e.g. www.priceline.com]

We highly suggest that guests arrange to stay in Santa Rosa. The first three hotels are located in Railroad Square in Santa Rosa. This is an eclectic urban area with bohemian coffeehouses, restaurants and nightclubs. It is also centrally located and close to Highway 101.

This historic hotel with English country decor has rooms overlooking courtyard gardens. Breakfast is included, and Josef’s Restaurant inside the hotel is recommended.

For a more luxurious experience:

For guests who want a bed and breakfast, we suggest you take a look at Healdsburg, CA which is close to Santa Rosa. We suggest Madrona Manor or Hotel Healdsburg.
